I love fabric, they're just like a blank page of innocent to me that willingly turned to be anything. As did when I got this batik fabric from mother. I love preppy skirt, and I was thinking into turning this fabric as a skirt...but then, is it just too ordinary? Yeah. I have quite lot of batik skirt, and now I want something different. Especially with this three dimensional batik fabric. Well, then I remember I haven't got a skort. So why don't turn this (usually a formal-wear) print into something more cool and laid-back?

The skort's graphic reminds me of untouched dense forest. Mix it with my old mini-flowers printed tank and a pair of brown oxfords for a more safari-ready look. The weather has been stifling hot lately, so I need to pull back my hair to prevent it from being greasy as I non-stop sweating.

Hello! How's your holiday? Oh, I've been missing blogging-world and you, blog-people, a lot! Just went into couple weeks of holiday and bed-rest (caused by laryngitis that came after being so careless of the desserts I ate on holiday), I feel so well now.

This outfit shoot was actually taken on a day before holiday - and I had to have an aching experience of walking around Cathedral Jakarta - Passer Baroe area's rough road with pointy heels. It's okay, I love it anyway!

So, this tee is my mom's old stuff by the way, but I love how it cropped without looking cropped, and I think my old mid-length jeans would be a nice pair. Like I said before (about going a little bit mature in style), I decided soft color heels would be cool. And I sealed the look with my newly do-it-yourself bright colored clutch.

Go, go scroll through!

SUMMERTIME brought happy bright and candy color mood for my outfit, like the bright sunshine was the parameter of it. I was looking for a bright color mini bag, until I remember the neon clutch I got from CosmoGirl! magazine last year issue bonus.
It was plain glossy bright yellow, and suddenly I've got an idea to give a little makeover on it. So, here we go!

I think my style is going a little bit mature, these days. I almost always seeing myself in my head wearing those skirts (or dresses) and high heels (well, excuse my self-figure unconsciousness -- Err, it's more to "I dont care" actually).

So, if you had read this post before, maybe you've got a little bit familiar with something that I wore here. Yes, it's The Paisley skirt! I decided to pull her out with the sweet colored halter for our first drive. And I personally love how they work: the color tone blend, and for The Paisley specially... how the length suit on me (as I ever complained how hard it's to me to find a 'you can wear everywhere' skirt, before).

I've been dreaming and looking for a pair of skirt...the preppy type one - you know, the kind of private school skirt - since I (always) miss my childhood and school time and wish I would never grow up.

So, with a lot choices of a la private school skirt around in the store and my favorite high street brands, I've paced back and forth and round and still can't find my ideal one. I think the plain colored one is kinda...boring. The plaid one really looks like a uniform I used to wear back on the school days. I want the particular pattern...

But unfortunately... there's NO skirt in store with exact pattern (or looks like) as I see in my head. I decided to do the skirt by myself. First, I'm going to look for the fabric. So I stepped ahead to the convection and textile store, and fabric and tailor market. After going around here and there (call this process complicated, but I seriously love hunting), I found the exact fabric as I see on my head. The pattern sparked my heart the first time I touch and pull it out of the rack. Curious to see what it's look like?

Been doing movie marathon on the first week summer break with my boyfriend. He's a maniac of Fast & Furious series (well, boys, you know,) and has been opiate me with it too. I'm obsessed with the character Gisele Harabo (portrayed by actress and model Gal Gadot), which look chic and sexy but still giving that sense of undefeatable and a little bit of masculine (also rockin too).

So, this is the outfit - inspired by the the Fast series, applied on and mixed with my own style.

What do you think about it?

Well, Valentine's Day was just over. And you know, that Love Day always reminds me of Bryan Adams' classic, Heaven. Check the lovely acoustic version here :)

Music always inspire me the best, and I should say, this look inspired by the song - but I felt that short makes me looks more...contemporary for heaven. LOL

I'm lack of sleep these days. It's been a tired long hard week, where I'm trying to balance everything - each time portion for my dreams, job, education, works, and even love life...so forgive my tired eyes and blackish under eyes.
